Tracking a Venezuela-linked Oil Tanker Reportedly Pursued by the US Coast Guard

The distinctive yellow-colored residential building in the background assisted us locate the video.
We are checking images and video circulated this morning that purport to show the scene of a reported vehicle-borne explosive blast that Russian officials state killed a high-ranking soldier in Moscow.
Russian authorities confirmed that Lt Gen Fanil Sarvarov was in the vehicle that exploded and that he later died to his injuries. A probe is under way.
The initial step to check the site of where the pictures were from was based on posts indicating the explosion happened on Yasenevaya Street in the southern district of the capital city of Russia.
We used panoramic mapping services on Google Maps and the local mapping service Yandex to corroborate the unique yellow colour of a nearby apartment building captured in the video.
Identifying additional structures, lamp-posts and the road configuration verified the exact location the footage were taken.
Additionally, we verified that the videos were recent and that the visuals had not undergone manipulated.
